But don’t worry, I will show you the best stretching routine that you can perform on daily basis. And these exercises are very simple and effective. And you can perform these exercises without any equipment. So let’s start.
Child Pose For Daily Stretch
Start your stretch with this exercise. It is very simple but most effective. And it works on your hip, ankle, spine, And thighs. It unlocks your back and gives relief to you. To perform this exercise you don’t need any equipment, you just need a plane surface that’s it. See the below picture for a better understanding. Perform this exercise for 30 seconds daily. you can increase your time according to your schedule.
Cobra Pose For Daily stretch
This is our second exercise and I think many people know about this exercise because it is very famous. This exercise helps you to stretch your lower back. This exercise is very helpful for height growth. It helps to improve the bad posture. And this exercise also has many other benefits such as it improves sleep, and breathing, reducing the signs of depression, and many more. Cows Face Pose
I think this exercise is new for many peoples but it is very helpful for hand mobility. And you should have to perform this exercise to move your hands freely. You can understand this exercise by the image given below. In between this exercise hold your one hand at least for 30 seconds then changed the hand and your next hand your 30 seconds.
Lower Back Stretch
This exercise is lit bit difficult but very effective to reduce your lower back pain by stretching the lower back. Lower back pain is most common in those people who perform deadlifts. Bent Over Stretch
This is the best exercise for stretching your body and I think many peoples are familiar with this exercise. This exercise stretches your Spine, Glutes, Hamstrings, and Ankles. And this exercise is very beneficial to those people who want to increase their height. It improves the posture. And this exercise is very simple to perform, As you see in the below picture, perform this exercise for at least 30 seconds. And you can increase the time according to your interest and capacity.
Squat Stretch
I think this exercise is unknown to many peoples. But exercise is very effective it stretches your hip & helps in the movement of the knee joint. and this exercise is very useful for those people who perform legs exercise. If you perform this exercise before the training of your legs it will help you the most. During this exercise move your elbow against the knee for a better stretch. Rotate Your Neck
Rotate your neck for 1 minute to Unlock your neck muscles. It is very important to unlock your neck muscles to move your head freely. Rotate your neck up and down & side by side.
